Mental health services specifically tailored to support the needs of women and families during pregnancy, pregnancy loss, and the postpartum period. Through Postpartum Support International (PSI), I've completed specialized training and professional education specific to the evaluation and treatment of perinatal clients .
All parents past the traditional perinatal period are in the right place. I provide ongoing support throughout your parenting journey. Perhaps you didn't get the right support during your period period and your symptoms and distress related to your child/children, partner, or yourself have continued. Or maybe you encountered different challenging or adverse experiences as your children got older that you're struggling to integrate. All of this is common for so many of us. Let's work through that together so you can be your most adaptive self !
Please see the Contact page.
I provide individual telehealth therapy for clients in Texas, New Hampshire, California, and New York. As well as in-person individual therapy in New Hampshire. However, I encourage all clients to consider all available tools for recovery and determine which ones are right for you and your family.
In addition to individual therapy, I can recommend additional treatment tools for recovery such as Peer Support Groups and Medication Evaluation and Treatment.
Postpartum Support International provides comprehensive resources all over the country for the perinatal population .
Recommendations for additional support services include :
- Virtual Peer Support Groups for a variety of different populations
- The Peer Mentor Program
